You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (faceforge.ai, legal@faceforge.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount, which corresponds to the portion of the services already provided up to the point when you notified us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, compared to the full scope of the services stipulated in the contract.
Your right of withdrawal expires early for a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
